Peterborough City Council has just put in one way streets in the Gladstone Street area and around Fulbridge Road.  They have not allowed cycling both ways even though these streets are very suitable to accommodate contra-flow cycling.  Why haven't they?

This will discourage cycling or force people to break the law.  This should not be tolerated.
